Scripture: “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.” — Psalm 139:11
The journey of purpose begins with coming to terms with the profound truth that you were intentionally created by a purposeful Creator. Accepting and believing this truth permanently alters your worldview.
Human beings are not a biological accident. No, we were intricately crafted by a super-intelligent Designer. Psalm 139:13 echoes this truth powerfully: “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.”
You did not randomly appear on the earth through procreation. God, the Creator, was aware of your coming long before you took your first breath. He was not only aware of you; by His incomprehensible power and wisdom, He personally engineered your design and makeup.
And as the Bible reveals, He also entrusted you with an assignment—a mission to accomplish on the earth. That assignment, that mission, that unique calling is what we call purpose.
Prayer:
Lord, help me to embrace the truth that I was intentionally created by You. Open my heart to understand the purpose You designed for my life, and give me the wisdom and courage to walk faithfully in it. Amen. 🙏
