Scripture:
“Those who are children of God do not continue to sin, for God's very nature is in them; and because God is their Father, they cannot continue to sin. 1 John 3:9 GNT
A believer in Christ has what it takes to live a pure and holy life.
That is the nature of God restored to us at salvation.
Recall that we established God’s character and nature are essentially holiness.
Since we’ve received God’s nature, we too are holy at our core.
This is why, after you are saved, sin becomes uncomfortable — that discomfort is proof there is something within you that is averse to sin.
The more you remain in fellowship with God, the more that nature will find full expression and dominate your life.

Father, thank You for restoring Your holy nature in me. Help me to remain in fellowship so Your holiness may rule my life. Amen
