“Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between God and the world" - James 4;8 (NLT)
Prayer is both inviting God into our lives and drawing strength from Him.
When we pray, we’re essentially saying, “Lord, come into my space.” It’s like spending time with a dear friend.
God never forces Himself on anyone — He goes where He’s valued, welcomed, and honoured.
Through prayer, we communicate that we cherish His presence and need His guidance.
And when we come to Him consistently each day, we’re sending a clear message: “God, You matter in my life. I want to walk with You. I need You on this journey. Stay with me always.”

Are your daily rhythms showing God that He is first, essential and irreplaceable in your life?
Prayer
Lord, help me stay close to You. Teach me to value Your presence and seek You wholeheartedly. Draw me nearer every day. Amen.
